How do i get my kids to eat spinach?
Well, that's easy...
My kids tend to like fruits more than they do-vegetables, no worries-mama's famous 'salade de fruits' to the rescue: I incorporate in-the-salad what they like, for example, grapes and yellow plums-as seen above! My son loves tomatoes as well, so thats perfect because it is an essential item when making salad. Kids love colorful things, so make it as colorful as possible, mixing in any of your kids favorites:)
TIP: Start your child's day with fruits-they cleanse the system, ready for a fresh day!
